Quality

Fabric

Fabric is one of the most important components of furniture, which, besides beauty and visual appeal, must possess high quality and durability.
The fabrics used by Orient Collection for its furniture products have vibrant colors and high density, ensuring quality during stitching (done by CNC sewing machines), and they have a long lifespan.

Fabric Thickness

Fabric thickness refers to the distance between the upper and lower surfaces of the fabric. The thicker the fabric, the better it protects against cold weather. Thicker fabrics trap more air, making them suitable for colder seasons.

Thread Type

Threads are crucial raw materials used in fabric production, and their type affects the fabric’s quality and characteristics. Fabrics made with low twist threads have a smooth, voluminous, and soft texture, while those made with high twist threads have a rougher and firmer texture.

Fabric Comfort

Fabric comfort refers to the pleasant feeling and harmony experienced between the individual and the fabric. It includes three aspects: tactile comfort, thermal comfort, and moisture comfort. Tactile comfort refers to the sensation felt when touching the fabric, which could be softness, itchiness, or stiffness.

Wood

Orient Collection uses high-quality Chinar and MDF wood with a thickness of 16 millimeters for the internal structure of its products. In some products, metal structures are also used. The collection produces dual-purpose products, which can be used as both furniture and bedding items, ensuring longer usage time. High-quality wood is used to prevent product disintegration and noise.

Wood Veneer Furniture:
The wood veneer used by Orient Collection for its furniture is Grade A Georgian Ash, known for its sturdy texture, beautiful grain, and long-lasting color.

Product Colors

The colors used in Orient products are formulated with special formulas that provide high resistance to indirect heat and moisture, ensuring that the color does not fade or deteriorate in various climatic conditions, thus ensuring customer satisfaction.

Sponge

Sponge foam is commonly used in various parts of furniture in different thicknesses. It is known for its density, with higher density resulting in longer durability. Different types of foam, such as warm foam, cold foam, and special foam, are used for various furniture applications.

Warm Foam

Warm foam is baked at high temperatures, resulting in a firmer texture. Although its resilience decreases with use, it is suitable for furniture flooring as it offers better support.

Cold Foam

Cold foam is produced at lower temperatures, allowing for greater molecular formation and providing more resilience compared to warm foam. It is softer and more comfortable, making it less suitable for furniture flooring.

Special Foam

This foam combines the durability of cold foam with the softness of warm foam. It is used in Orient products to ensure comfort and support, especially in bedding items.

All fabric stitching and wood shaping processes are carried out using fully automated CNC machines without manual intervention.
